1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only if the learner has watched less than 30% of the total course content.
- If the learner has watched more than 30% of the course, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Refunds are valid only for purchases made through our official website/platform.

2. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- To request a refund, please email us at aiwithkodi@gmail.com with your registered email ID, order ID, and reason for the refund.
- Once we receive your request, our team will review your course progress and verify eligibility.

3. Refund Timeline
- If eligible, your refund will be processed within 2 business days after approval.
- The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The user has watched more than 30% of the course.
- The refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
- The course was purchased during a discounted offer, flash sale, or bundle deal.
- Access or download of course materials (if any) beyond the refund threshold.

5. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course and related materials will be permanently revoked.
